Ways to get involved
You don't have to be an Asterisk Developer to get involved. Here are some ways to contribute.
- Download Asterisk or download AsteriskNOW, plug and play, and then offer usability feedback on the
#asterisk
IRC channel (port 6667 on freenode.net) or in the General discussion areas on the community Forums. - If you find issues, report a bug. Read the Bug Guidelines before posting.
- You can also write documentation for a community project.
- Offer your help to other users on the community Forums.
- Or take on a new challenge and become a developer for Asterisk.
